Introduction To The Jaeger-lecoultre Reverso 2011 Ultra Thin Watch

2011 is the 80th anniversary of the birth of the Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso series. Reverso is derived from Latin and means ‘reversible’. This was originally designed to turn the case over during polo and protect the dial from impact when the metal back is turned to the front. Today, this design has become one of the classic symbols of Jaeger-LeCoultre. The Grande Reverso Ultra Thin is the latest interpretation of this feature.

This watch uses the Jaeger-LeCoultre 822 manual-winding movement with a thickness of 2.94mm. The three-dimensional dimensions of the entire case are 46mm / 27.5mm / 7.2mm. Compared to the previous models, it appears slimmer. The back is engraved with ‘contr’ le 1000 heures ‘, meaning 1000 hours of testing.

The watch has the simplest hour and minute display function, available in stainless steel and 18K rose gold. Both are equipped with a black alligator strap.
